At Vape Teach, we aim to provide fast, reliable and carefully handled delivery throughout the United Arab Emirates. This Delivery Policy explains our estimated delivery times, charges, service areas and order-handling procedures.
1. Dubai Delivery
We provide express delivery to serviceable locations throughout Dubai.
Our estimated delivery time within Dubai is:
1–2 hours
This includes areas such as:
- Downtown Dubai
- Business Bay
- Dubai Marina
- Jumeirah
- Jumeirah Village Circle
- Jumeirah Lake Towers
- Palm Jumeirah
- DAMAC Hills
- Dubai Hills
- Arabian Ranches
- International City
- Deira
- Bur Dubai
- Al Barsha
- Dubai Silicon Oasis
- Motor City
- Sports City
- Mirdif
- Dubai Investment Park
- Other serviceable Dubai locations
Delivery time is calculated from the time the order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
The 1–2-hour delivery estimate may vary depending on the customer’s location, order time, product availability, traffic conditions, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
2. Delivery to Other Emirates
We provide delivery within approximately 24 hours to serviceable locations in:
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
Orders placed late in the day, during weekends, on public holidays or outside normal processing hours may be delivered on the following delivery day.
Delivery to remote or restricted-access areas may require additional time. The customer will be informed when a different delivery estimate applies.
3. Free Delivery
We provide free delivery on orders of AED 300 or more.
This means that an order subtotal of AED 300 or above qualifies for free delivery, subject to the service area and any conditions displayed during checkout.
Orders below AED 300 may be subject to a delivery fee. The applicable delivery charge will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
Discount codes, refunds, removed products or order changes may affect eligibility for free delivery. When the final qualifying subtotal falls below AED 300, the applicable delivery fee may be added.
4. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed after:
- The customer has submitted the order successfully;
- The required customer and delivery information has been verified;
- The products are available;
- Payment has been authorised, where applicable; and
- Vape Teach has accepted the order for processing.
Submitting an order through the website does not automatically guarantee immediate dispatch.
We may contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp to confirm:
- Delivery location;
- Product selection;
- Payment method;
- Recipient availability; or
- Other information required to complete the delivery.
Delays in receiving confirmation from the customer may affect the estimated delivery time.
5. Delivery Address and Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including:
- Full name;
- UAE mobile number;
- Emirate;
- Area or community;
- Building or villa name;
- Apartment or villa number;
- Street information;
- Nearby landmark; and
- Delivery instructions.
Vape Teach is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete, incorrect or unclear delivery information.
Customers should keep their telephone available after placing an order so that our team or delivery representative can contact them when necessary.
6. Adult-Only Delivery and Age Verification
Our products are intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
The customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old when placing an order. Acceptable identification may be requested before an order is handed over.
Delivery may be refused when:
- The recipient is under 18;
- The recipient cannot provide acceptable proof of age when requested;
- The recipient’s details do not reasonably match the order; or
- There is a reasonable concern that the order is intended for a person under 18.
The customer should ensure that an eligible adult is available to receive the order.
7. Customer Availability
The customer or an authorised adult recipient must be available at the delivery address.
When the driver cannot contact the customer or complete the delivery:
- The driver may attempt to contact the customer by telephone or WhatsApp.
- The delivery may be rescheduled, subject to availability.
- An additional delivery charge may apply when a second delivery attempt is required.
- The order may be returned to Vape Teach when delivery cannot be completed.
Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in cancellation of the order.
8. Changes to the Delivery Address
Customers should contact us immediately when they need to change a delivery address.
An address change may be accepted when the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once an order is in transit:
- An address change may not be possible;
- The delivery estimate may change;
- An additional delivery charge may apply; or
- The order may need to be returned and dispatched again.
We cannot guarantee delivery within the original estimated time after an address has been changed.
9. Delivery Delays
We make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery time. However, delivery may be delayed by:
- Heavy traffic;
- Adverse weather;
- Road closures;
- Vehicle or operational problems;
- High order volume;
- Public holidays;
- Restricted building access;
- Incorrect customer information;
- Customer unavailability;
- Product availability issues; or
- Events beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery times are estimates unless Vape Teach has expressly confirmed a guaranteed delivery service in writing.
When a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to update the customer.
10. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
When a selected product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to offer:
- A suitable alternative;
- Removal of the unavailable product;
- A partial refund;
- Rescheduling of the delivery; or
- Cancellation and refund of the affected item.
We will not substitute a product without the customer’s approval.
11. Inspection at Delivery
Customers should inspect the external condition of the package when receiving it.
Please contact us promptly when:
- The package is visibly damaged;
- An item is missing;
- The wrong product has been delivered;
- The quantity is incorrect; or
- The product appears to have leaked or been damaged in transit.
Customers should retain the packaging, invoice and products while the issue is being reviewed.
Photographs or video evidence may be requested to help us investigate the matter.
12. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
When an incorrect, damaged or incomplete order is confirmed to be the responsibility of Vape Teach or its delivery provider, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:
- Delivery of the correct product;
- Delivery of the missing item;
- Replacement of the damaged item; or
- A refund for the affected product.

13. Delivery Fees
Delivery charges may vary depending on:
- Order value;
- Emirate;
- Service area;
- Delivery speed;
- Distance;
- Remote-location requirements; or
- Other delivery conditions.
The applicable delivery fee will be displayed or communicated before the order is completed.
No additional delivery fee will be charged without informing the customer.
14. Cash on Delivery
Cash on delivery may be available in selected service areas.
Customers selecting cash on delivery should:
- Prepare the correct amount where possible;
- Confirm their availability;
- Answer confirmation calls or WhatsApp messages; and
- Ensure that an eligible adult is available to receive the order.
Cash-on-delivery availability may depend on the delivery area and order value.
15. Public Holidays and Weekends
Delivery services may continue during weekends and selected public holidays. However, processing times, delivery availability and estimated arrival times may differ.
Orders placed during peak periods or public holidays may require additional time.
Any significant change to the normal delivery estimate will be communicated where reasonably possible.
16. Remote and Restricted Locations
Certain remote, controlled-access or restricted locations may require:
- Additional delivery time;
- Additional delivery instructions;
- Meeting the driver at an accessible location;
- Security approval; or
- An additional delivery charge.
Examples may include industrial zones, construction sites, labour accommodations, airports, ports, military areas, islands and locations with restricted entry.
We will contact the customer when special delivery arrangements are required.
17. Order Tracking and Support
Customers may contact our support team for assistance with:
- Order confirmation;
- Delivery status;
- Address corrections;
- Delayed orders;
- Missing products;
- Incorrect products; or
- Delivery concerns.

18. Policy Updates
Vape Teach may update this Delivery Policy when delivery areas, charges, operating procedures or service conditions change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
